Friday
8 am to 5 pm ~ Skijoring Course and Bar Stool Track creation begins/finishes.
4 pm ~ Course Director and Competitors review of course.
5 pm to 7 pm ~ Earlier Bird Registration @ the Longhorn Saloon and Grill. (This is not required but highly recommended).
Saturday
NOTE: Practice runs/Warm ups will be allowed prior to the start of the Border Guns Division.
7:00 am ~Completion of the course and Final set-up.
7:00 am ~ Registration opens for Winter Festival Events.
8:45 am ~ Registration closes for Skijoring (Outlaw (Boarders) Division).
8:45 am ~ All Horses and Competitor line the course for the National Anthem.
9 am ~ Long Round Outlaw (Boarders) Division event begins.
The Short Round of every division will have a Calcutta. The registration of the division that is up next will close once the Long Round of the division on the course starts. The tempo will be determined by the number of participants of the previous division. The announcer will keep participants updated but it is the responsibility of each competitor to know their start time and position.
Division’s – Outlaw (Boarders), Collector Guns (Men’s 50+), Girly Guns (Ladies),
Classic Guns (Men’s 35 to 49), Young Guns (Men’s 18 to 34), Open (Everyone).
Registration closes for Skijoring (Collector Guns Division).
Long Round Collector Guns Division event begins.
Registration closes for Skijoring (Girly Guns Division).
Calcutta of the Boarders Division Short Round.
Short Round of the Outlaw (Boarders) Division will begin.
Long Round Girly Guns Division event begins.
Registration closes for Skijoring (Classic Guns Division).
* Intermission Event (The Wild Tube Race). Registration at the starting line.
Calcutta for the Collector Guns Division Short Round.
Short Round of the Collector Guns Division will begin.
Long Round Classic Guns Division event begins.
Registration closes for Skijoring (Young Gun Division).
Calcutta for the ~ Girly Guns Division Short Round.
Short Round of the Girly Guns Division will begin.
Registration begins for the Barstool Race Event.
* Intermission Event (The Wild Tube Race). Registration at the starting line.
Long Round Young Guns Division event begins.
Calcutta for the Classic Guns Division Short Round.
Short Round of the Classic Guns Division will begin.
* Intermission Event (The Wild Tube Race). Registration at the starting line.
Calcutta for the Young Guns Division Short Round.
Short Round of the Young Guns Division will begin.
*Course repair and modification for Open Division.
Long Round Open Division will begin.
Calcutta for the Open Division Short Round.
Registration Final call for the Barstool Races.
Short Round for the Open Division will begin.
Barstool Races will begin.
Awards will follow the final race of the Barstool Races in the Longhorn Saloon and Grill.
